Kick’n Coleslaw

THE PERFECT SIDE DISH
Goes with all things BBQ…
FOR 4 PERSON(S)
Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage
- 1 whole tomato
- 2 whole spring onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Spices and Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon favourite spices

Coarsely chop cabbage.

Dice the tomato and thinly chop spring onions.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with mayonnaise and spices.

Add salt and pepper to taste
It’s a good idea to use the same spice and seasoning mix used in the preparation of the meat.
Try finely grated vintage cheddar cheese and/or bacon for added taste.
