Kick’n Coleslaw

THE PERFECT SIDE DISH

Goes with all things BBQ…

FOR 4 PERSON(S)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 2 whole spring onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Spices and Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon favourite spices
  1. Coarsely chop cabbage.
  2. Dice the tomato and thinly chop spring onions.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with mayonnaise and spices.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste

It’s a good idea to use the same spice and seasoning mix used in the preparation of the meat.

Try finely grated vintage cheddar cheese and/or bacon for added taste.
