Pit Brothers BBQ travelled to San Fransisco to gain a deeper understanding of BBQ.
Anytime is a good time to travel to the US to pick up tips and information on BBQ. Late lasy year we attended the Bay Area BBQ and Grilling School. When we arrived we were not sure what to expect; however, it did not take too long to realise that our host Mike, knew exactly what he was on about. The class was well organised and took students through a number of classic BBQ treats such as St Louis-style pork ribs, beef brisket and pork shoulder.
We enjoyed the day and would recommed it to anyone with a day up their sleeve in San Fransisco.
